Together with sports scientists we developed a do-it-yourself-at-home fitness test, giving you insights way beyond typical assessments like 'how many pushups do you do'. With the FitTest, you will be able to learn more about yourself and achieve your goals.

To get out of the building, see beautiful places in your city, meet new people and, finally, workout together we started the RunOut series: from six to eight kilometers of running with short, intense bodyweight workouts in between!

The story.

There are so many training plans out there that may suit your skill level but don‘t respect your current situation and preferences. On top of that, they are super repetitive. To avoid that, we were always making up workouts right before doing them – that required a lot of creativity and time. And there were days we couldn‘t come up with good stuff, leaving us unsatisfied. Right then we identified that one major source of motivation, one part of the puzzle is the right workout in the right moment.
